Founded by Dr. Joy Shain, the firm is grounded in both academic rigor and real-world practice. Dr. Shain holds a Ph.D.and has extensive experience supporting organizations through the full grant lifecycle, including grant research, proposal development, grant management, and compliance. Her background spans work with federal, corporate, and foundation funders, providing a deep understanding of diverse funding environments and expectations.
